Shipping & Returns




This processing time is the time it takes us to pack and ship your order. Please always check here to see our current processing time before placing your order. We will update this processing time to reflect current as it changes. 

Returns & Cancellations Policy

Due to the nature of our fabric products we do not accept returns. This is due to the fact that most items we sell are cut to order and once the fabric leaves us we have no control over the environments the fabric is in (aka being exposed to pet dander, smoke, etc.).

We accept cancellations on orders that have not yet been cut or packed but do impose a 20% restocking fee. This fee is to cover the time it takes our employees to process the order changes and to restock the store. We do this as a courtesy instead of raising our prices across the board. Thank you for your understanding. 

However, if there is an issue with your order, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the issue. We will respond quickly to come to a resolution.



We have a 14 day warranty window on order issues. Please inspect your entire order upon arrival and prior to washing. If you experience an issue with your fabric (that is not related to the actual sewing of it or personal preference) please contact us immediately so that we may send out a replacement or issue a refund. This would include holes upon arrival, missing, wrong fabric sent or flawed fabrics that have snuck past our shipping team. We think 14 days from shipping date is an acceptable window in which to contact us and will not be honoring the warranty beyond that time frame. 



We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products.

We ship in flat rate USPS priority boxes but use the weights to help the shipping calculator pack the correct yardage into a specified box size. We combine and refund shipping overcharges on all open orders. 

We will always ship with the cheapest method to you in an effort to save money. For larger orders, this may mean your order is sent via UPS or FedEx. Please make a note on your order if UPS or FedEx is unacceptable. Large orders that contain over 40 yards may not be charged shipping at checkout- instead we will assess shipping costs when the order is packed and will contact you for the shipping total due.


We do offer free local pickup. If you would like to utilize this option please use the code LOCALPICKUP during checkout to avoid the shipping charges. Once your order is cut and ready you will receive an email from us to let you know. We are only open Mon-Fri 9am-2pm for order pickups. Our store address is:
