One for the most common cotton blends is cotton spandex. Sometimes referred to as cotton lycra. Lycra is a brand name for spandex, but they are indeed the same thing. Cotton is typically easy to dye. It has a great stretch and recovery. It has a decent drape, but isn't as flowly as other lighter weight knits.
Anything with cotton in it is going to need to be preached because of some slight shrinkage. Cotton blends come in different weights and stretches, it will depend on what it is blended with. Because of the cotton, these blends will also make the fabric breathable.

The collars on this fabric were beautiful and the pattern was consistent with what I saw online. I am finding that the fabric listed varies greatly from one vendor to another. The fabric while very soft was very thin and would not suit my needs.
