We are loving the new Kid's Oceanside Hoodie, and there's so many reasons why! With an oversized and comfortable fit, roomy hood, and stylish raw-edged front placket, this sweatshirt is versatile and super trendy.
And while this pattern is drafted on a boy's sizing block, it works wonderfully for girls as well!
With youth sizes from 2-20, this pattern works for the whole family and makes grading a breeze.
Suggested Fabrics:
The relaxed fit of the Kid's Oceanside Hoodie lends itself to a variety of different fabrics. Each fabric will give the hoodie a different look, with thinner fabrics with more drape making a looser fitting sweatshirt. Personally, we recommend Double Knits (DK), Quilted Knits, French Terry and even Hacci. Any fabric with two-way stretch with at minimum 25% stretch will work with this versatile pattern.
