Introducing So Sew English Fabrics’ latest pattern, the Men's Oceanside Hoodie! The Men's Oceanside Hoodie is a trendy, beach-style sweatshirt complete with placket, unlined hood and kangaroo pocket. It's extra comfy with an oversized fit, and while this pattern is specifically drafted for men, it also makes an amazing sweatshirt for women too!

Pattern features:
There is so much to love about the new Oceanside Hoodie! From the relaxed fit, to the roomy hood and ties, this sweatshirt has so much to offer. One of our personal favorites is the raw edges of the front placket. It lends just enough of that edgy feel that is perfect for a beachy look!
The placket also features ties that can be tied or untied, giving it another layer of versatility for different looks, and who doesn't love that?
The hood of the Oceanside Hoodie is roomy and comfortable. While it is drafted as unlined, it could easily be modified to be a lined hood for a warmer sweatshirt.

Suggested Fabrics:
The relaxed fit of the Oceanside Hoodie lends itself to a variety of different fabrics. Each fabric will give the hoodie a different look, with thinner fabrics with more drape making a looser fitting sweatshirt. Personally, we recommend Double Knits (DK), Quilted Knits, French Terry and even Hacci. Any fabric with two-way stretch with at minimum 25% stretch will work with this versatile pattern.
