This processing time is the time it takes us to pack and ship your order due to every order being cut to order. We are closed on weekends and holidays.

We combine pending orders when possible.
Please note: due to how we print your order(s), cut & pack them, THEN make the label- if you place an order after we have initially printed, then any orders placed after we have printed may not be combined.
IF our processing time is fast, we are not able to hold orders for them to be added to, your order will ship as soon as it is ready.
IF our processing time is extended due to high volume (especially during sales), order combining may be limited.
We pack orders into the smallest package(s) possible. We refund ALL shipping over $1.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products. Customs/import fees are not included in the cost of shipping- if you are shipping internationally, individual customers are responsible for these fees.
This depends on the thickness and width of the fabric you ordered. Here is a list of the MOST you can fit into each size box (depending on fabric thickness). For more specific questions about your order, please contact us.

*INTERNATIONAL RATES: We ship with USPS products. International shipping can be expensive, but please be aware that we only charge what USPS charges. We, unfortunately, do not make these rates or have control over them.
*PLEASE NOTE: Orders of 40+ yards are over our calculators max so shipping is not charged until we can get an exact assessment of the cost of shipping. In these cases, we will contact you when we have an exact shipping total for you.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on any high volumes of orders due to a new arrivals stocking, we should be able to stay within our stated "availability" (order processing time).

Every few weeks we bulk ship all UK orders to our co-op in the UK, Becky.
1) When you purchase fabric- at checkout select “local pickup”

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. We ship in flat rate USPS priority boxes but use the weights to help the shipping calculator pack the correct yardage into a specified box size. We combine orders IF possible and refund shipping overages if applicable.

Yes, we do! We offer wholesale on any purchase of 10 yards of one particular fabric. The wholesale price varies per fabric and cannot be "stacked" with other discounts or coupons. If you would like to purchase bolt (80-110 yards- bolts vary by amount) of one particular fabric, please contact us for additional wholesale costs. We are working to update all listings with this information for ease of use. If you have a question about a particular fabric we have not yet updated, please send us a message!

Due to the nature of our fabric products we do not accept returns as we cannot guarantee the condition of the fabric once it leaves our facility.
We accept cancellations on orders that have not yet been cut or packed but do impose a 20% cancellation fee. This fee is to cover the time it takes our employees to process the order changes, initiate the refund and to restock the store. We do this as a courtesy instead of raising our prices across the board. Thank you for your understanding.

It is our goal to respond to you within 24 business hours. Please be aware that at times is high volume this could be extended. We will get back to you ASAP. Your business is very important to us and we appreciate your patience.
We do have a 14 day warranty window on order issues. Please inspect your entire order upon arrival and prior to washing. If you experience an issue with your fabric (that is not related to the actual sewing of it or personal preference) please contact us immediately so that we may send out a replacement or issue a refund. This would include holes upon arrival, missing, wrong fabric sent or flawed fabrics that have snuck past our shipping team.
