The Catalina Tank is a gorgeous swing-style tank top in crop, tank and tunic length. Its flattering silhouette is complimented by the double straps, perfect for wearing by itself or as a layering piece. And guess what? This amazing pattern is available in sizes XXS through 10X!

The Catalina Tank pattern is designed to be made with knit fabric with a minimum of 25% 2-way stretch.

Some recommended fabrics include:

Brushed Poly

Modal Spandex

Rayon Spandex

French Terry

Possibly the best feature of the Catalina Tank is the built-in shelf bra. This is an easy addition that allows for extra support while wearing a regular or strapless bra, or even no bra at all (Because, who really wants to wear a bra, anyway?)!

Check out our lovely testers in the available length options:

Cropped Length:

Perfect for wearing with high-waisted pants or pencil skirts, the cropped length of the Catalina Tank is an ultra-stylish trend that we've been seeing everywhere lately!

 Tank Length:

This is a classic option, perfect for just about any occasion! We personally love it with shorts or jeans on a casual day.

 Tunic Length:

Great for just about anything, the tunic length Catalina Tank is perfect for leggings and popular athleisure looks (Who are we kidding? We wear this while snacking on ice cream in front of the TV).

The Catalina Tank is a beginner-friendly pattern. With only a few simple steps to follow, construction couldn't be easier. Our tutorial is easy-to-follow and will help you every step of the way!

And that's the Catalina Tank! Don't forget to join our sew-a-long over at the So Sew English SEW-A-LONGS group on Facebook. It begins this Monday, September, 14, and is a fabulous opportunity to learn some helpful tips, share your makes, and even win a prize!
